Abstract

Ihe threshold voltage,which is the most important electrical parameter of MUSKET,is a major concern for both in device simulation and circuit design.The common methods of extracting threshold voltage are analyzed,reviewed,and used to extract the threshold voltages of FinFET and Junctionless Transistor with different channel lengths.Furthermore,the effectiveness and limitations of these methods are discussed.
