The performance analysis and comparison of electronic aluminum foils used for aluminium electrolytic capacitors

  • Using AAS,SEM,EBSD and Electrochemical Working Station to analyse the properties of electronic aluminum foils for electrolytic capacitor produced different factories.The results show that the technology of trace elements designing,impurity controling and cube texture controling about electronic aluminum produced by the domestic factories has reached the foreign advanced level of the same trade,such as SHOWA.But the processing quality of surface,the uniformity of oxidation film and the controling of trace elements distribution are not as well as the abroad foils,these technologies should be improved.
