Research progresses on electrodeposited CuInS2 thin film used as the absorber of solar cell

  • The processing feathers of various preparation methods for electrodeposited CuInS2 thin film were introduced.The processing factors are emphasized for one-step electrodeposition procedure,including the electrolyte composition(such as concentration of main component,complexition and etc.) and electrodepositing parameters(such as applied potential,bath temperature and heat treatment).The influence of these key factors on the properties of as-deposited thin films is analyzed.Based on it,the problems encountered in experimental studies and the research tendencies for future development were postulated at the end of this paper.
