Design, fabrication of micro-chamber PCR chip and realization of sample amplification
A kind of Micro-chamber PCR Chip was designed and fabricated. The material of the chip is SiO2 glass. Commercial thermal cycler was used to control the temperature. The thermal control procedure was optimzied through real-time temperature measure inside the chip chamber. The chamber wall was covered by BSA （Bovine Serum Albumin）. PCR amplification of DNA fragment is realized.
