A novel method to improve signal-to-noise ratio of micro-channel electrophoresis detection

A new method for micro-channel electrophoresis detection was suggested.It was developed and optimized by using a laser induced fluorescence（LIF）based detection system.In this detection system,signal was sampled and processed through a novel process module.The result shows that this process method can provide better signal-to-noise ratio（SNR =6-8）and lower limit of detection（LOD = 10^-10mol/L）in DNA segments separation.
