A novel method to improve signal-to-noise ratio of micro-channel electrophoresis detection

  • A new method for micro-channel electrophoresis detection was suggested.It was developed and optimized by using a laser induced fluorescence(LIF)based detection system.In this detection system,signal was sampled and processed through a novel process module.The result shows that this process method can provide better signal-to-noise ratio(SNR =6-8)and lower limit of detection(LOD = 10-10mol/L)in DNA segments separation.
