Abstract:
NiO, CuO and ZnO nanocrystalline materials were obtained by decomposition of precursors NiC

4·2H
2O, CuC
2O
4 and ZnC
2O
4·2H
2O at 350℃, 300℃ and 460℃ respectively. The reaction precursors were synthesized by solid state reaction of H
2C
2O
4·2H
2O with Ni(Ac)
2·4H
2O, Cu(Ac)
2·H
2O or Zn(Ac)
2·2H
2O at low heating temperature. XRD and TEM experimental results show that the cubic NiO, monoclinic CuO and hexagonal ZnO are in the form of spherical particles. The average particle size is distributed about 40 nm,30 nm and 20 nm respectively.
