功能核酸纳米材料的分离纯化及其生物学应用

The Purification and Biological Application of Functional Nucleic Acid Nanomaterials

  • 摘要: 功能核酸纳米材料因其精确的碱基配对能力、良好的生物相容性和稳定性、较高的膜渗透性和可控靶向释放能力, 在生物成像、传感检测及药物转运等方面表现出广泛的应用前景。功能核酸纳米材料的分离纯化和应用研究已经成为生物材料领域的研究前沿和热点之一。本文介绍了功能核酸纳米材料的分离纯化方法的研究进展, 综述了功能核酸纳米材料在生物学应用近五年的研究进展, 探讨了该研究领域需要解决的问题及日后可能的发展前景。

     

    Abstract: DNA nanostructures have been widely applied in biosensing, biodetection, drug delivery carriers because of which capacity of precisely base paring, excellent biocompatibilty and biostability, high cell membrane permeablity and controlled drug release property. In this review, approaches for purification and biological application in the past five years of functional nucleic acid nanomaterials are demonstrated. It is sure that DNA nanotechnology will be developed quickly in the near future.
