肉桂酸电化学传感器的制备及其相关性能的研究

Preparation and electrochemical performances of cinnamic acid imprinted electrochemical sensor

  • 摘要: 以石墨烯滴修饰玻碳电极,在修饰电极上以邻苯二胺为功能单体、肉桂酸为模板分子,通过分子印迹电聚合制备了肉桂酸分子印迹电化学传感器。研究了肉桂酸电化学传感器最佳成膜条件以及优化检测模板分子电流响应。以铁氰化钾为探针,分别用循环伏安法(CV)、方波伏安法(SWV)、交流阻抗法(IMP)对肉桂酸电化学传感器的电化学性能进行表征,采用扫描电镜(SEM)表征印迹膜的表面形貌,并利用该传感器对水中肉桂酸进行检测。结果表明:传感器在8×10-8mol·L-1~5×10-3mol·L-1范围内峰电流与肉桂酸浓度的对数具有较好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.9992,线性方程为检测限为2.7×10-8mol·L-1(S/N=3)。肉桂酸电化学传感器对用于检测水中肉桂酸,加标回收率在95%~106%,具有良好的检测性能。

     

    Abstract: On a graphene decorated glass carbon electrode, the cinnamic acid imprinted electrochemical sensor has been prepared by a molecularly imprinted electropolymerization route using O-phenylenediamine as functional monomer and cinnamic acid as template molecule, respectively. The optimizations on membrane formation conditions and current responding to template molecule have been carried out. Electrochemical performances of cinnamic acid imprinted electrochemical sensor have been studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV), square wave voltammetry(SWV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) using potassium ferricyanide as probe. Surface morphology of imprinted membrane is observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The as-prepared sensor is used to detect the concentration of cinnamic acid aqueous solution, and the results are presented as follows: The sensor has a good linear relationship between peak current and logarithm of cinnamic acid concentration in the range from 8×10-8 to 5×10-3 mol·L-1, and the correlation coefficient R and detection limit can come to 0.9992 and 2.7×10-8 mol·L-1, respectively. The electrochemical sensor with recover rates of 95%-106% can be used to detect cinnamic acid in water, showing good detection performance.
