全印刷介观钙钛矿太阳电池研究进展

Research Progress of Fully Printable Mesoscopic Perovskite Solar Cells

  • 摘要: 近年来钙钛矿太阳电池发展迅速, 基于碳电极的全印刷介观钙钛矿太阳电池因制作成本低、工艺简单、可丝网印刷等优点备受关注。目前, 全印刷介观钙钛矿太阳电池的最高转换效率为18.05%, 极具发展潜力。本文主要总结了全印刷介观钙钛矿太阳电池近年来取得的部分最新进展, 从太阳电池各功能层的界面修饰、薄膜掺杂、离子取代等出发, 对光电转换效率的提升方法进行分析总结, 最后对全印刷介观钙钛矿太阳电池的发展趋势进行展望。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, perovskite solar cells have developed rapidly. Fully printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells based on carbon electrodes have attracted much attention by reason of low production cost, simple preparation, and screen printing. The highest power conversion efficiency of fully printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells is 18.05% at present, which have great potential. This review summarizes part of the latest developments of fully printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells. Based on the interface modification, thin film doping, ion substitution of each functional layer, the methods to improve the power conversion efficiency are summarized. At last, prospects for developmental tendency of fully printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells are presented.
