络合转换法制备Mn掺杂的ZnS纳米微晶及光致发光特性

STUDY OF Mn-DOPED ZnS NANOCRYSTALS MADE BY ION-COORDINATION METHOD IN CHITOSAN FILM

  • 摘要: 利用络合转换法成功地在壳聚糖有机薄膜中得到了Mn掺杂的ZnS纳米微晶。通过改变反应时间来控制晶粒尺寸,得到的微晶尺寸在4.0-6.0nm范围内。利用激发和发射光谱分析了量子尺寸效应造成的光学特性。分析了壳聚糖中纳米微粒的形成机理。

     

    Abstract: A process was developed to prepare nanocrystalline and quantum-confined particles of manganese-doped zinc sulfide in chitosan organic film by an ion-coordination method. Chitosan that contains ligand groups acts as not only a polymer matrix but also a surfactant. By the reaction of zinc acetate and manganese acetate mixture in chitosan film with sodium sulfide solution, particles size of 4.0-6.0nm were achieved by controlling the reaction time and manganese was successfully doped. The optical characteristics shown by PLE and PL spectroscopy were discussed. A coordination model of the chitosan film which results in formation of the ZnS: Mn nanoparticle was described.
