一种同步电机驱动算法在电梯门机中的应用

Application of Synchronous Motor Drive Algorithm in Elevator Door Machine

  • 摘要: 目前永磁同步电机有驱动算法复杂、可选择的芯片范围较窄以及可运用的数字信号处理器芯片成本较高等问题,针对上述问题,采用一种新的驱动算法对永磁同步电机进行了研究,并且将永磁同步电机运用到电梯门机控制系统中。如果运用这种新的驱动算法,既能满足电梯门机系统对精确度的要求,又能大大降低工程花费成本。利用所提出的永磁同步电机新的驱动算法,简化了算法,并利用飞利浦公司LPC1752芯片实现,给出了实验输出的电流波形,表明所提出新的驱动算法实施的有效性。

     

    Abstract: At present,the problems concerned permanent magnet synchronous motor consists of the complexity of driving algorithm,the narrow selection range of chips and the high cost of available DSP chip.To solve these problems,a research on permanent magnet synchronous motor using new driving algorithm is performed,and the application of permanent magnet synchronous motor in the door-motor control system of elevator is also studied. The requirement for the accuracy of door-motor system of elevator can be satisfied by new driving algorithm,and the engineering cost can also be greatly reduced. The simplification of algorithm can be realized by the proposed new driving algorithm of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and which can be achieved by Philips chip of LPC1752. The waveform of experimental output current is given,the experimental result shows the effectiveness of implementation with the proposed new drive algorithm.
