多通道电化学分析仪的研制及性能测试

Development of a multichannel electrochemical analyzer and its application

摘要: 针对生物、化学和环境领域对集成化分析仪器的需求,提出了具有多通道同步检测功能的电化学分析仪设计与制造方案,详细介绍了仪器的主要组成部分:函数发生器、恒电位仪、电流检测模块和USB接口的具体设计。本文并对所研制多通道仪器进行了电化学实验性能测试。结果表明,所设计和研制的多通道电化学分析仪完全能够满足电化学实验中多通道分析测试的需求。

Abstract: A multichannel electrochemical analyzer is developed in this paper,in order to meet the need of integrated analytical instruments for biological and chemical analysis.We introduces the functional generator,the potentiostat,the module of current detection and the USB interface in detail.Also,the application of the multichannel electrochemical analyzer in the electrochemistry experiments is performed to test its performance.The results indicate that the multichannel electrochemical analyzer can meet the design requirements adequately.
