Abstract:
Aluminum electrolytic capacitors with high capacity and low cost are widely used in all types of electronic equipment.As the market economy developing,the requirement for aluminum electrolytic capacitors with high-power and small size has attracted growing interest.According the structure of the electrolytic capacitor,the key technique for the high-capacitance aluminum electrolytic capacitors is to increase the surface area of anode foils.This paper will summarize the present study on the high specific surface area of anode foils by the ways such as doping trace elements,the control of the structure,the technology of electrochemical etching and others.
