  • 摘要: 短纤维增强型磁敏橡胶材料是一种具有多功能的磁弹耦合复合材料,它是由磁性颗粒、短纤维、橡胶弹性材料组成,具有磁场可控的剪切模量,在外加磁场变化时可以实时控制刚度,可广泛地应用于振动主动控制。本文主要从实用的角度通过试验研究颗粒成链结构化磁场强度、铁颗粒体积组分、短纤维组分以及应用环境对磁敏橡胶模量和损耗因子的影响,为基于天然橡胶短纤维增强型磁敏橡胶的器件设计和应用提供必要的参考。

     

    Abstract: Short-fiber reinforced Magneto-rheological rubber is a kind of multi-coupled composite magnetic bombs,it is by the magnetic particles,short fibers,rubber elastic material,has a magnetic field controllable shear modulus changes in an external magnetic field real-time control.It can be widely used in active vibration control.In this paper,from a practical point of view through the Experimental study of Magneto-rheological rubber materials under different parameters of the mechanical properties,Including the magnetic field strength,iron particle volume fraction,short fiber components and the application environment on the Magneto-rheological rubber modulus and loss Factor,for the design and application of natural rubber short fiber-enhanced Magneto-rheological rubber to provide the necessary reference.
