Abstract:
The gas sensor is a simple device to detect target gas, which is the key device to realize the rapid detection of toxic and harmful gases and the automatic control of modern industry. The critical part of gas sensors is the gas-sensing materials, whose microstructure and chemical composition greatly affect its sensitivity, working temperature, response time, detection limit, etc. Therefore, in the research of gas-sensing materials are usually enhanced by doping, modification or control of microstructure. In this paper, the research results of LaFeO
3 gas sensing materials in recent years are summarized, the advantages and sensitive mechanism of modified LaFeO
3 gas-sensing materials are reviewed, and the development direction of LaFeO
3 materials is prospected.
