改性LaFeO3气敏材料的研究进展

Research progress of modified LaFeO3 gas-sensing materials

  • 摘要: 气敏传感器是检测目标气体的简易装置, 是实现有毒有害气体快速检测和现代工业自动化控制的关键器件。气敏材料是气体传感器的关键部分, 材料的微观结构和化学组分极大地影响其灵敏度、工作温度、响应时间、检测极限等, 因此在气敏材料研究中通常通过掺杂、修饰和控制微结构等方式增强其性能。本文综合了近年来关于LaFeO3气敏材料研究的结果, 综述了改性LaFeO3气敏材料的优越性和敏感机理, 并对LaFeO3材料的发展方向做出展望。

     

    Abstract: The gas sensor is a simple device to detect target gas, which is the key device to realize the rapid detection of toxic and harmful gases and the automatic control of modern industry. The critical part of gas sensors is the gas-sensing materials, whose microstructure and chemical composition greatly affect its sensitivity, working temperature, response time, detection limit, etc. Therefore, in the research of gas-sensing materials are usually enhanced by doping, modification or control of microstructure. In this paper, the research results of LaFeO3 gas sensing materials in recent years are summarized, the advantages and sensitive mechanism of modified LaFeO3 gas-sensing materials are reviewed, and the development direction of LaFeO3 materials is prospected.
