二氧化碳气体传感器的研究进展

Research Progress of Carbon Dioxide Gas Sensor

  • 摘要: 随着温室效应的加剧, 全球开始变暖, 对二氧化碳传感器的需求更加迫切。在二氧化碳传感器中, 半导体气体传感器最为常见。半导体气体传感器工作温度低、灵敏度高, 但是选择性不好, 而电化学型气体传感器由于其敏感电极对CO2具有特定的催化作用, 从而使其选择性大大提高。与传统的传感器相比, 纳米传感器可以从微观角度丰富传感器理论, 最常见的纳米材料为金属氧化物。随着研究的深入, 在金属氧化物中加入一些贵金属催化、利用可见光催化等等, 可以进一步提高气体传感器的性能。本文针对二氧化碳气体传感器做了阐述, 着重介绍了二氧化碳气体传感器的原理、研究进展、发展趋势等几个方面。

     

    Abstract: With the intensification of greenhouse effect and global warming, the demand for carbon dioxide sensors is more urgent. Among carbon dioxide sensors, semiconductor gas sensors are the most common. The semiconductor gas sensor has low working temperature and high sensitivity, but the selectivity is not good. The selectivity of electrochemical gas sensor is greatly improved because its sensitive electrode has a specific catalytic effect on CO2. Compared with traditional sensors, nano sensors can enrich the sensor theory from the micro point of view. The most common nano material is metal oxide. With the deepening of research, the performance of gas sensor is further improved by adding some noble metal catalysts to metal oxides and using visible light catalysis. This paper expounds the carbon dioxide gas sensor, and focuses on the principle, research progress and development trend of carbon dioxide gas sensor.
