微电机中转子和衬底间的微磨擦参数的提取

Extraction of micro-friction-coefficient in micro-motor using artifitial neural network

  • 摘要: 为了分析微电机的动力学特性,提出了一种微磨擦参数提取的人工神经网络模型。通过该模型可以方便地得到指定加工工艺的微电机的微磨擦系数。仿真结果与实测数据比较表明,模拟结果与实测数据基本一致。

     

    Abstract: An artifitial neural network model for calculating micro-friction coefficient in micro-motor was presented in order to analyze dynamic characteristics of micro-motor. Using the model, it is con- venient to get the micro-friction-coefficient of micro-motor under the specific manufacture technology. Results of applying the model to a micro-motor emulation system show that emulating results coincide with the measuring data in general.
