Fabrication and characterization of composite TiO2 nanotubes

  • 摘要: 首次采用温和的制备方法制得Al2O3-TiO2纳米管。TiO2粉体在700℃下熔融、110℃水热反应,制备了管径约为数纳米、单层管壁厚约为0.2纳米,管长约为数微米的复合l2O3-TiO2纳米管。组织形貌和特性使用TEM、DRS和XRD进行表征。由于l2O3的沉积在TiO2纳米管上,导致纳米管对紫外光的吸收蓝移40 nm。并对其形成机理进行了讨论。

     

    Abstract: Mild Fabrication methods are applied initially to the making of l2O3-TiO2 nanotubes.Nano powders TiO2 are melted in air pressure,at 700°C and l react hydrothermally at 110°C by insulation techniques.The diameters of composite l2O3-TiO2 nanotubes are about 5 nms,the tubular wall thickness is about 0.2 nms,and the length is about several microns.Its morphology is characterized by TEM,DRS and XRD.As the deposition of l2O3 in TiO2 nanotubes hinders the UV light absorption,and leads to the blue light’s absorption peak transfering 40 nms,for which the formation mechanism is discussed.
