汽车磁流变阻尼器的设计与试验研究

Design and testing of a magnetorheol ogical fluid damper for automobile

  • 摘要: 根据Bingham塑性流体模型,提出了混合工作模式的磁流变阻尼器的设计原理,按照长安微型汽车的技术要求,设计和制作了汽车磁流变阻尼器,并对此进行了实验测试。实验结果表明:所提出的设计原理是可行的,对设计特殊阻尼特性的磁流变阻尼器有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Design theories of a magnetorheolo gical fluid (MR fluid) damper based on the mixed mode of flow mode and shear mode were prese nted by using nonlinear Bingham plastic model.In the light of the technician requirements for Chang'an mini-automobile,a MR fluid damper was designed and fabricated by using commercial MR fluid.The nonlinear MR fluid damper model was validated experimentally.The results reveal that the design method is reasonable and the MR fluid damper for a specific application can be designed according to the design method developed in this paper.
