Abstract:
Using Fe/FeAl
2O
4 as raw material by plasma discharge heat producing metal ceramic pressure sintering process,study effect of microstructure and properties of different sintering temperature on the densification of ceramic,metal. The results showed that: at 1300℃-1500 ℃ range,with the increase of sintering temperature,density and bending strength increased first and then decreased slightly,the hardness of metal ceramic increased,the sintering temperature is 1450 ℃ when the metal ceramic relative density of 97. 23%,bending strength 313. 5MPa,hardness is 3250. 55 MPa.
