高强度、银白色、中温熔点口腔铸造合金的研制

A CAST DENTAL ALLOY WITH HIGHER STRENGTH, SILVER WHITE COLOUR AND MIDDLE MELTING POINT

摘要: 根据相图和位错理论，结合电子探针和X射线衍射分析，配制了新的口腔铸造合金（简称XB221S合金），成份为Cu_36-38Zn_36-38Ni_18-19S_5-10，其中S代表少量或微量元素Sb、Si、Sn、Ge和In，总含量为5-10%。合金熔点950-980℃。经口腔科临床试用，效果良好。
新合金强度高、成本低、呈银白色。它克服了市售CuZnNi合金抗腐蚀性能差，使用后合金颜色变黄的缺点。

Abstract: A new dental alloy Cu_36-38Zn_36-38Ni_18-19S_5-10 (XB221S) was created based on the phase diagrams and dislocation theory, where S represents minor additive elements: Sb、Si、Sn、Ge and In, and their total amount is 5-10 wt.%. The melting point of this alloy is 950-980℃. This alloy have been successfully used to the clinical cure of dental surgery. It has better anti-corrosion and cheaper than the commercial CuZnNi and AgInZn dental alloys respectively. Its colour is silver white. The basic concept of the choosing alloying elements was discussed in detail.
