Abstract:
We prepared Cu-Mn alloy with different atomic ratio by press sintering process in the electric arc furnace and tube furnace respectively.The prepared samples were corroded freely to gain the nanoporous copper in 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution in the room temperature.The morphology,component,and pore structure of the dealloying samples were investigated by SEM,EDS,and pore structure analyzer.The results show inner-connected nanoporous copper materials were obtained by dealloying method.And the dealloying nanoporous copper,which prepared by Cu-Mn alloy in 3:7 atomic ratio sintered by tube furnace,presented relative more uniform and had better pore structure distribution.
