Abstract: Biochip technology has riveted an extensively great attention.The development of the microfabrication technologies used in developing biochip are reviewed.These technologies will enable on-chip biological process including sample collection/introduction,sampe preparation,detection,and fluid delivery to and from the microfluidic chip.It is sure that biochip with microfabricated technology will be developed quickly in the near future.
