HAP/聚酯生物复合材料的制备与吸波特性

Preparation and microwave absorption property of HAP/polymer biocomposite

  • 摘要: 采用化学沉淀法合成了纳米羟基磷灰石粉体(HAP),与不饱和聚酯复合制备了HAP/聚酯生物复合材料,用X射线衍射和透射电镜等实验手段对纳米粉体的粒径和表面形貌进行了表征,应用微波网络S参数法测量了HAP/聚酯生物复合材料的吸波性能,结果表明:HAP粉体粒径在100nm以下,呈颗粒状,粒径分部均匀;HAP/聚酯生物复合材料在一定频率范围内具有良好的吸波性能,并简要分析了其吸波机理。

     

    Abstract: The HAP/polymer biocomposite was prepared.The hydroxyapatite powders were characterized by using X-ray differaction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM).The microwave absorbing property of the HAP/polymer biocomposite was studied.It’s found that the biocomposite materials exhibit a considerable microwave absorbing property in some band range.The absorbing mechanism of HAP/polymer biocomposites was analyzed sketchily.
