SiO2-Si3N4天线窗材料的介电性能研究
RESEARCH ON DIELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF SiO2-Si3N4 ANTENNA WINDOW MATERIAL

摘要: 研究了Si3N4含量和相对密度对Si3N4颗粒增强SiO2基复合材料的介电性能的影响。结果表明:在Si3N4含量相同时,随着相对密度的增大,复合材料的介电常数增大,介电损耗减少;在一定的相对密度下,复合材料的介电常数和介电损耗随Si3N4含量的增加而增大。Abstract: The influence of Si3N4 content and relative density on dielectric properties of SiO2-Si3N4 composites was studied. It is found that in the same Si3N4 content, dielectric constant of the composites is increased and loss tangent is reduced when the relative density of the composites is increased;in a range of relative density, dielectric constant and loss tangent of the composites are increased when the Si3N4 content is increased.
