Abstract: In the paper, a single-charge tunneling simulator, the master equation simulator of two dimensional quantum dot array using Orthodox theory and master equation method is introduced. The simulated results show that two dimensional quantum dot array have Coulomb charging effect at low temperature. The quantum functions of the array show its research value and application prospect.
