高分子材料电流变液的特性研究

Study of ERFs characteristics of macromolecule polymer

  • 摘要: 以两种典型的高分子材料淀粉和甲基纤维素分别加硅油,制备了电流变液并测试了它们的动态与静态特性,特别研究了材料的配比、形状、颗粒尺寸等对电流变效应的影响。在流体的弹性粘度较低以及电场强度不太高的情况下,流体的力学行为可用Binghan模型描述,其剪切应力正比于电场强度的平方以及材料的重量百分浓度。

     

    Abstract: This paper reports the characteristics of electrorheological fluids (ERF) which were prepared by silicone oils add starch and methyl-cellulose respectively. The dynamic behavior and static yield stress were measured. The effects of percent by weight, shape, particle size of material has been investigated. When ERF's elasticity viscosity and electric field relative low, ERF's dynamics behavior may be described by Bingham model. Shear stress versus electric field square and percent by weight are in direct ratio.
