红色荧光粉BaZn2(PO42:Eu3+的制备及其光谱特性

Preparation and Luminescent Properties of Red BaZn2(PO42: Eu3+ Phosphor

  • 摘要: 采用高温固相法制备了BaZn2(PO4)2:Eu3+红色荧光材料。测量了BaZn2(PO4)2:Eu3+材料的激发与发射光谱,激发峰位于360-400nm之间,发射光谱主峰位于595nm处。研究了BaZn2(PO4)2:Eu3+材料在595nm的主发射峰强度随Eu3+浓度的变化,发射峰强度先随Eu3+浓度的增加而增大;当Eu3+的浓度为3%时,峰值强度最大;而后峰值强度随Eu3+浓度的增大而减小。研究了Eu3+浓度保持不变时,不同电荷补偿剂对BaZn2(PO4)2:Eu3+发射光谱强度的影响。电荷补偿剂为Li+,Na+,K+和Cl-时均能提高BaZn2(PO4)2:Eu3+材料的发射光谱强度,其中Cl-离子的效果最好。

     

    Abstract: A red-emitting phosphor BaZn2(PO42:Eu3+ was prepared by high temperature solid-state reaction.The excitation and emission spectra of BaZn2(PO42:Eu3+ phosphors were measured.The results show that the main excitation peaks are located at 360~400nm and the emission peaks are at 595nm.The effect of Eu3+ concentration on the emission spectrum intensity of BaZn2(PO42:Eu3+ was investigated,and the results show that the emission spectrum intensity increases with Eu3+ concentration increasing,and reaches the maximum value at 3% Eu3+,then decreases.Under the condition of doping 3% Eu3+,the effects of charge-compensating on the emission intensity were also investigated.Under the conditions of charge compensation Cl-,Li+,Na+,or K+ incorporated in BaZn2(PO42,the luminescence intensities of BaZn2(PO42:Eu3+ phosphor are enhanced and Cl- enhances the intensity of the emission most.
