Abstract:
The microstructure and electrical properties of SrCo
1-xNi
xO
3-δ(0≤x≤0.10) ceramic were investigated(x=0,0.02,0.05 and 0.10).The microstructure of SrCo
1-xNi
xO
3-δ Ceramics was studied by XRD and SEM.The electrical resistance and thermistor materials constant(B value) of samples were measured at low temperatures,such as-196℃and-183℃.The results show that the electrical resistance and the B value of samples increased with the increasing content x and decreased with the increasing sintering temperatures and the soaking time.The SrCo
1-xNi
xO
3-δ ceramics could be potentially applied at temperatures-196℃ as NTC thermistor materials.
