Microstructure and electrical properties of SrCo1-xNixO3-δ ceramics

  • 摘要: 研究了SrCo1-xNixO3-δ(0≤x≤0.10)陶瓷材料(x=0,0.02,0.05和0.10)的微结构和电性能。SrCo1-xNixO3-δ陶瓷样品的结构用XRD和SEM测试分析,用热敏电阻数据采集系统测试了样品在低温-196℃和-183℃下的阻值和热敏电阻常数B值。样品的电阻值和B值随含量x的增加而增大、烧结温度的升高和恒温时间的增加而减小。测试结果表明:SrCo1-xNixO3-δ陶瓷是一种预计可在-196℃以下使用,很有应用前景的低温热敏电阻材料。

     

    Abstract: The microstructure and electrical properties of SrCo1-xNixO3-δ(0≤x≤0.10) ceramic were investigated(x=0,0.02,0.05 and 0.10).The microstructure of SrCo1-xNixO3-δ Ceramics was studied by XRD and SEM.The electrical resistance and thermistor materials constant(B value) of samples were measured at low temperatures,such as-196℃and-183℃.The results show that the electrical resistance and the B value of samples increased with the increasing content x and decreased with the increasing sintering temperatures and the soaking time.The SrCo1-xNixO3-δ ceramics could be potentially applied at temperatures-196℃ as NTC thermistor materials.
