PET纤维格栅/钢纤维增强水泥基复合材料力学性能研究

Study on Mechanical Properties of PET Fiber Grille/Steel Fiber Reinforced High Strength Concrete

  • 摘要: 本文采用PET纤维格栅与短切钢纤维作为混掺纤维制备了PET纤维格栅/钢纤维增强高强混凝土,设计研究了钢纤维掺量以及PET纤维格栅层数变化对高强混凝土的力学性能影响,分析了钢纤维及PET纤维格栅混杂效应,并对混凝土基体与钢纤维界面以及混凝土基体与PET纤维格栅界面微观结构进行表征。实验结果表明:PET纤维格栅对混凝土抗折强度增长有利,抗压强度有弊,而钢纤维对混凝土抗压强度以及抗折强度都有利;钢纤维与PET纤维格栅混掺时,抗折强度混杂增强效应不明显,但抗压强度表现出明显的补偿作用。

     

    Abstract: Volume ratios(0,1%, 1.5%, 2%) of steel fiber and the layers(0,3,5,7) of PET fiber grille were adopted to pouring PET fiber grille/steel fiber reinforced high strength concrete specimens, the volume ratio of steel fiber and the number of grille layers and their effects on the mechanical properties of high strength concrete were studied, and the hybrid effect of steel fiber and PET fiber grille, the Interfacial Microstructures between concrete matrix and steel fiber and the Interfacial Microstructures between concrete matrix and concrete matrix were analyzed. The results show that PET fiber Grille is beneficial to the increase of flexural strength of concrete and is bad to compressive strength, while steel fiber is beneficial to the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete. When steel fiber and PET fiber grille are mixed in concrete, the effect of hybrid strengthening of flexural strength is not obvious, but the effect of hybrid compressive strength shows obvious compensatory effect.
