一种工程伪装仿石器材及性能研究

A sort of Imitated Rock and Capability for Engineering Camouflage

  • 摘要: 坑道工程口部在施工过程中破坏了原有地貌,伪装时需要轻质仿石器材来模拟口部附近的真山石。文章从光学、热红外、雷达三个波段的匹配技术入手,研制了高仿真岩石涂料、微胶囊相变材料、无机泡沫吸波材料等材料,制成了一种坑道工程口部仿石器材。经过测试,其多频谱特征与周围真山石相似,与真山石色差为2.9ΔL*a*b*,辐射温差在4℃以内,雷达散射系数1.7dB,满足了伪装的要求,为工程口部山石模拟提供了新材料、新手段。

     

    Abstract: The aboriginal physiognomy was destroyed at the sap engineering constructing time,imitated rock is required to simulate the rock in background when camouflage is put in practice.The article developed high emulation dope,microcapsule phase change materials and inorganic foam absorbing wave material by the way of matching technique in optics,infrared and radar wave band,a sort of imitated rock for engineering orifice camouflage was made.The multichannel characteristic of imitated rock is similar to rock in background,the chromatic aberration is 2.9ΔL*a*b*,the difference of radiant temperature is less than 4℃,the difference of coefficient of radar back scatter is 1.7dB,the need of camouflage is satisfied,it offers new material and means to imitate engineering orifice rock.
