CdSe@CdS核-壳结构量子点的微乳水热法制备

The preparation of CdSe@CdS by a microemulsion-hydrothermal Approach

  • 摘要: 以吐温80/正己醇/环己烷/水的反相微乳液作为反应介质,一次加料,两阶段反应,制备了Cd Se@Cd S核壳结构量子点材料。动态光散射粒度分析、XRD、TEM、吸收光谱、荧光光谱、光催化测试等结果显示,所得产物具有立方闪锌矿Cd Se@Cd S核壳结构,尺寸均一、大小约为7nm;吸收光谱和荧光光谱相对于Cd Se发生较大程度的红移(近100nm);经Cd Se@Cd S敏化后,P25对罗丹明B的降解率提高了一倍多,显示此材料具有较强的的可见光光催化活性。

     

    Abstract: CdSe@ CdS quantum dot was prepared by"one pot"two step reaction using tween-80/n-hexanol/cyclohexane/water system as reaction medium. Dynamic light scattering,X-ray powder diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,UV-vis absorption,photoluminescence spectra analysis and photocatalysis tests indicate that the product has cubic CdSe @ CdS core-shell structure and uniform size (about 7 nm),the spectra move red greatly about 100 nm,and the degradation rate of P25 sensitized by the product to Rhodamine B is more than doubled,revealing that the material has a strong visible light photocatalytic activity.
