一种新型LTCC超宽带带通滤波器的的设计与实现
Design and implementation of a Novel Ultra-Wideband LTCC Bandpass Filter

摘要: 提出一种基于LTCC技术的超宽带带通滤波器的设计与实现方法。通过在两个E型谐振单元间接入电容,增强了谐振单元间的耦合强度,从而实现了超宽带的特性,同时在接地板上刻蚀C型缺陷地结构,极大地抑制了高次谐波,提高了滤波器的带外性能。最终设计了一款中心频率为6.75GHz,带宽为6.5GHz的超宽带滤波器,其相对带宽达到了96%。通过LTCC工艺加工设计,通带插损小于1d B,回波损耗优于-15d B,尺寸仅为3mm×4mm×0.5mm。Abstract: In this paper,a method of designing and implementing a ultra-wideband LTCC bandpass filter is proposed. By loading capacitor between the two E-shaped resonator,the coupling between them is greatly enhanced,thus,the characteristic of ultra-wideband is realized. At the same,C-shaped defected ground structure is adopted to suppress the harmonic passband of the filter,improved the out-of-band performance of the proposed filter. A ultra-wideband filter is finally designed at 6. 75 GHz with bandwidth of 6. 5GHz,which the relative band-width reaches 96%. The proposed filter is fabricated with LTCC technology,the insertion loss is lower than 1d B,the return loss is better than-15 d B and the size of the filter is only 3mm × 4mm × 0. 5mm.
