油溶性含羟基紫精的合成及其电致变色器件的制备

Synthesis of oil-soluble viologen with the hydroxyl group and preparation of electrochromic device

  • 摘要: 通过四步合成步骤,制得了含有羟基的油溶性紫精。该紫精可以和聚(丙烯酸乙酯-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)以及异佛尔酮-二异氰酸酯(IPDI)经热固化形成电致变色器件的工作电极。二茂铁甲醇、聚(丙烯酸乙酯-甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯)、异佛尔酮-二异氰酸酯(IPDI)经热固化形成电致变色器件的对电极。工作电极、对电极和中间的凝胶电解质形成全固态的电致变色器件。此器件变色第一个阈值电压为1.0V,第二个阈值电压为1.5V,着色时间为12s,对比度△T%在545nm处达到92.7%。褪色电压为-1.5V时,褪色时间为74s,具有良好的循环可逆循环性能。

     

    Abstract: By four synthesis steps,oil-soluble viologen with the hydroxyl group was obtained.This viologen was formed work electrode of electrochromic device with poly(ethyl acrylate-hydroxy ethyl methacrylate) and 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate via thermocuring.Contrast electrode of electrochromic device was formed by thermocuring with the material of ferrocenemethanol,poly(ethyl acrylate-hydroxy ethyl methacrylate) and 3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate.Work electrode,contrast electrode and the gel electrolyte in betweem were formed all-solid-state electrochromic devices.The first threshold voltage of this electrochromic device for darkening was 1.0 V and the second was 1.5 V.The voltage for bleaching was-1.5V.This electrochromic device shows swithching time 12 and 74s for coloration and bleaching respectively for transmittance change(△T%=92.7%) at 545nm and good stability.
