Abstract:
Using polyaniline (PAn) doped with dodecyl-benzene sulphonic acid (DBSA) in couple with perylenes the SiO
2/PAn/Perylenes/Al and Al/PAn/Perylenes/Al p-n heterojunction polymer solar cells are fabricated through coating, drying and deposition. And their photoelectric properties and Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics are measured. It is found that the cell shows excellent photoelectric properties, its open circuit voltage is 400mV and short circuit photocurrent 10
μA under 4.72mW/cm
2 white light. The conversion efficiency reached 0.09% with a fill factor 57.4% under the experimental conductions. The factors affecting the photo-voltage properties of the cells are discussed briefly.
