高分子p-n异质结太阳电池的研究

INVESTIGATION ON THE POLYMER P-N HETEROJUNCTION SOLAR CELLS

  • 摘要: 用合成的十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)掺杂的聚苯胺(PAn)导电材料和染料组合,采用涂覆技术,研制成SnO2/PAn膜/ 染料薄层/Al栅电极结构和Al/PAn导电基片/ 染料薄层/Al栅电极结构的p-n异质结太阳电池。测定了该电池的光电效应和伏安特性。在4.72mW/cm2的氙灯照射下,开路电压Voc达400mV,短路电流Isc为10μA,填充因子可达57.4%,光电转换效率为0.09%。并初步讨论了影响电池光电效应的因素。

     

    Abstract: Using polyaniline (PAn) doped with dodecyl-benzene sulphonic acid (DBSA) in couple with perylenes the SiO2/PAn/Perylenes/Al and Al/PAn/Perylenes/Al p-n heterojunction polymer solar cells are fabricated through coating, drying and deposition. And their photoelectric properties and Ⅰ-Ⅴ characteristics are measured. It is found that the cell shows excellent photoelectric properties, its open circuit voltage is 400mV and short circuit photocurrent 10μA under 4.72mW/cm2 white light. The conversion efficiency reached 0.09% with a fill factor 57.4% under the experimental conductions. The factors affecting the photo-voltage properties of the cells are discussed briefly.
