SrTiO3复合功能陶瓷中烧结助剂的研究

INVESTIGATION ON THE SINTERING AID IN SrTiO3 MULTIFUNCTIONAL CERAMICS

  • 摘要: 采用一次烧成法制备出SrTiO3电容—压敏复合功能陶瓷,着重研究了SiO2-TiO2-Al2O3系烧结助剂对SrTiO3陶瓷的结构和复合功能特性的影响。研究结果表明:组成合理的烧结助剂有助于促进SrTiO3陶瓷的烧结,改善微观结构,并相应优化SrTiO3陶瓷的复合功能。研究确定,优化的烧结助剂组成为0.5wt%SiO2-0.2wt%TiO2-0.05wt%Al2O3

     

    Abstract: SrTiO3 capacitor-varistor multifunctional ceramics are prepared by single- firing process and the investigation has been carried out mainly aiming at the influences of SiO2-TiO2-Al2O3 system sintering aid on the structure and multifunctional properties of the ceramics. The results indicate that the sintering aid with moderate composition promotes the sintering and improves the structure of the ceramics, while the multifunctional properties of the ceramics are optimized relevantly. The optimized composition of the sintering aid is ascertained to be 0.5wt%SiO2-0.2wt%TiO2-0.05wt%Al2O3 based on the investigations in this paper.
