溶胶-凝胶法合成Ni0.24Cu0.2Zn0.56-xCoxFe2O4(x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4)系列铁氧体纳米晶的磁性研究

Magnetic properties of synthesizing Ni0.24Cu0.2Zn0.56-xCoxFe2O4(x =0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4) nanocrystalline ferrite synthesized by sol-gel method

  • 摘要: 采用Ni、Cu、Zn、Co硝酸盐通过溶胶-凝胶法合成胶体,然后经过自蔓燃烧、研磨、烧结制备Ni CuZn掺杂Co系列铁氧体。XRD分析结构,振动磁强计分析磁性。结果表明,制备系列样品为较顺的尖晶石铁氧体;变温磁化率表明该化合物为亚铁磁性,当Co掺杂由0.1增加到0.2时,顺磁居里温度有580K升高到670K;磁滞回展示线矫顽力Hc、剩余磁化强度Mr随Co掺杂量的增加而变化。上述磁性的变化可能B位二价的Co离子取代A位二价Zn离子引起A位和B位Fe3+-O-Fe3+交换作用提高和磁晶各向异性常数变化。

     

    Abstract: Sol-gel synthesis of Ni0.24Cu0.2Zn0.56-xCoxFe2O4(x =0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4) is A site doped. Divalent cobalt ions replace divalent zinc ions of B site. According to the XRD spectra of the(311),(220),(511),(440),(2 22),(400) and(422) peak,the diffraction peaks show that the structure of the samples is only spinel ferrite. The character of temperature and magnetic susceptibility indicates that the compound is ferromagnetic. The paramagnetic curie temperature of Al(x = 0.1),A2(x = 0.2) sample are 580 K and 670 K,this temperature can be calculated out by measuring the magnetic susceptibility to study the magnetic exchange interaction. Hysteresis loop shows coercivity(Hc) and remanent magnetization(Mr) increase with the change of doping. This may be that the magnetic anisotropy constant changing with the particle size domain wall movement caused.
