Ni/聚乙烯复合材料复磁导率研究

STUDY ON THE COMPLEX PERMEABILITY OF Ni/POLYTHENE COMPOSITE MATERIAL

  • 摘要: 研究了电磁波屏蔽材料Ni/聚乙烯复合材料在50MHz-IGHz频率范围内的电磁特性。研究结果表明:Ni含量小于70wt%时,频率和成分对磁导率实部μ’的影响不大;Ni含量大于70wt%时,因材料中非磁性材料聚乙烯形成的等效气隙足够长,使Ni/聚乙烯复合材料的磁导率实部μ’随着频率的增加而降低。Ni含量小于70wt%时,频率和含量对磁导率虚部μ”的影响较小,μ”值较小;Ni含量大于70wt%时,μ”随Ni含量和频率的变化较大,其原因是不同的Ni含量影响磁滞损耗和磁性涡流损耗的大小。

     

    Abstract: The complex permeability of a kind of electromagnetic wave shielding material-Ni/polyt hene composite material in the frequency range from 50MHz to 1000MHz was studied. Results showed that when Ni content was below 70wt%, the influence of ingredient and frequency on μ’ was not notable, while the Ni content was above 70wt%, μ’ decreased with the increase of frequency, because Ni content determined the effective length of the equivalent gas gap formed by polythene in the composite. When Ni content was less than 70wt%, frequency and content influenced μ" a little, and μ" itself was small;when Ni colltent was more than 70wt%, the impact of frequency and content on μ" was relatively notable, because of the influence of Ni content on hysteresis loss and magnetic whirlpool loss.
