Abstract:
The complex permeability of a kind of electromagnetic wave shielding material-Ni/polyt hene composite material in the frequency range from 50MHz to 1000MHz was studied. Results showed that when Ni content was below 70wt%, the influence of ingredient and frequency on
μ’ was not notable, while the Ni content was above 70wt%,
μ’ decreased with the increase of frequency, because Ni content determined the effective length of the equivalent gas gap formed by polythene in the composite. When Ni content was less than 70wt%, frequency and content influenced
μ" a little, and
μ" itself was small;when Ni colltent was more than 70wt%, the impact of frequency and content on
μ" was relatively notable, because of the influence of Ni content on hysteresis loss and magnetic whirlpool loss.
