溶胶-凝胶法制备锰掺杂(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3无铅陶瓷的压电特性

Piezoelectric properties of Mn-doped (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics prepared by Sol-Gel method

  • 摘要: 用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3+xwt%Mn(x=0-0.4)系列无铅压电陶瓷。研究发现适量锰的掺杂可以有效地降低材料的介电常数和介电损耗,同时提高材料的退极化温度,但过量锰的掺杂使得材料的压电特性变差。当锰的掺杂量为0.1wt%时,陶瓷具有该系列最大的压电常数(d33=175×10-12C/N)、最大的机电耦合系数kt=56%,kp=26%)、较小的介电损耗tgδ=2.7%,较高的退极化温度(Td=82℃)。

     

    Abstract: The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of (Bi0.5Na0.50.94Ba0.06TiO3+x wt%Mn (x=0-0.4) ceramics prepared by sol-gel method were studied. It is found that small amount of Mn addingcan decrease dielectric constant and dielectric loss but increase piezoelectric constant and depolarization temperature.The Mn-doped (Bi0.5Na0.51-xBaxTiO3x=0.1) ceramics have large piezoelectric constant (d33=175×10-12C/N), large electromechanical coupling coefficient (kt=56%,kp=26%p),relatively lower dielectric loss (tgδ=2.7%) and relatively higher depolarization temperature(Td=82℃).
