Liq的合成和提纯及蓝色OLED的试制

Synthesis and purification of Liq and preparation of blue OLED

  • 摘要: 报导了8-羟基喹啉锂(Liq)的合成及其提纯方法;用元素分析、X射线衍射谱、紫外吸收光谱对提纯后的样品性能进行表征;研制了结构为ITO/PVK:TPD/Liq/Al的蓝色发光器件,用原子力显微镜分析了纯度与Liq薄膜的表面形态及器件发光性能间的关系,并且也研究了其光致发光和电致发光特性。

     

    Abstract: Lithium complex with 8-hydroxyquinoline was synthesized and purified,and its purity was examined,then the sample was analyzed with XRD and UV spectra before and after purification.The surface of the Liq film purified for different times with different techniques was observed with AFM,it is found that its property of luminescence and the surface roughness are improved after purification.The blue OLED with a ITO/PVK:TPD/Liq/Al structure is obtained,and its P-L,E-L spectra and its J-V,L-V curves are measured.The correlation between the surface morphology of Liq film and the luminescence property of the device was studied.
