温差电材料高效发电方法研究

  • 摘要: 本文结合理论推导与试验研究来探究了温差电材料高效发电的方法。首先对温差发电的背景知识进行回顾,其次运用工程热力学第一定律对发电效率和输出功率进行理论推导,对推导结果分析得出当S=(1+ZT01/2时发电效率φ达到最大值,当R/RL=1时有最大输出功率。其次运用SP1848-27145 SA型半导体温差发电片通过控制单一变量的研究方法进行试验,研究温差电材料串并联、热源与冷源的变化对发电效率和输出功率的影响。试验结果表明,温差发电片串联系统优于并联系统,热源与冷源的变化对发电系统有很大的影响。最后将理论推导与试验结果联系,通过分析对比得出发电片串并联是通过改变内阻R的值从而影响R/RL的值,同理冷热两端温度变化对应S值的影响。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, based on the theoretical derivation and experimental research to explore the efficient generation of thermoelectric materials. Firstly, reviewing thermoelectric power generation background., Secondly, using the first law of thermodynamics deduced on the power efficiency and output power, the results are that. when S =(1 + ZT01/2, power efficiency reaches the maximum, and when R/RL = 1, geting the maximum output power. Secondly, using the Semiconductor thermoelectric generator of SP1848-27145 SA, controlling the variable to research,aims at researching the influence of the temperature difference between the series parallel and how the heat part and the cold source impact the generation efficiency of the output power. The experimental results show that the series system of thermoelectric generator is better than that of parallel system, and the change heat part and cold part has great influence on the power system. Finally, conbine theoretical and experimental results, the system through change the magnitude of R to affect the figure of R/RL, and the infulence of S by changing the magnitude between heat part and cold part.
