基于振动信号的输电铁塔螺栓松动检测技术研究

Research on Loose Detection Technology of Transmission Tower Bolt Based on Vibration Signal

  • 摘要: 针对目前输电线路铁塔螺栓松动情况不易检测的问题,本问提出一种基于振动信号的输电铁塔螺栓松动检测方法。首先说明振动信号的产生即通过激振的方式产生冲击弹性波,根据弹性波的理论,介绍了利用冲击弹性波检测铁塔螺栓松动的原理,最后利用激振器、光纤振动传感系统开展铁塔螺栓松动现场检测试验,研究螺栓松动前后的振动信号变化特征,经FFT变换后,分析验证了该方法的有效性,为电网输电铁塔螺栓松动检测提供了一种解决方法,为后续进一步研究提供了有效的数据参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the current transmission line tower bolt loosening is difficult to detect, this paper proposes a vibration signal-based transmission tower bolt loosening detection method. Firstly, the vibration signal is generated, that is, the impact elastic wave is generated by excitation. According to the theory of elastic wave, the principle of detecting the looseness of the iron bolt by the impact elastic wave is introduced. Finally, the tower bolt is developed by the vibration exciter and the fiber vibration sensing system. The field detection test was loosened to study the variation characteristics of the vibration signal before and after the bolt loosening. After FFT transformation, the effectiveness of the method was verified and provided a solution for the loosening detection of power transmission tower bolts, which provided effective for further research.
