TiO2薄膜超亲水特性的研究

Study on super-hydrophilicity property of TiO2 thin films

  • 摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2薄膜,研究了薄膜厚度、孔隙率、热处理温度、掺杂等因素对薄膜亲水性的影响。结果表明:当TiO2薄膜的厚度小于87.2nm时,随着膜厚的增加,接触角降低。当膜厚大于87.2nm时,接触角基本不变;孔隙率的增加、掺杂SnO2均有利于超亲水性的改善,热处理温度为450~662℃时薄膜亲水性最好。

     

    Abstract: TiO2 thin films were prepared by sol-gel method. The effects of different thic kness, poro-sity, heat-treated temperature and doping on the hydrophilicity of TiO2 thin films were investigated. The results show that when TiO2 film is thinner than 87.2nm,the contact angle decreases with the thickening of the film; when TiO2 film is thicker than 87.2nm, the contact angle is stable. The increasing of porosity and doping SnO2 in the film can improve the hydrophilicity. The hydrophilicity will be the best when heat-treated at the temperature of 450~662℃.
