摘要: 场发射阵列的主要失效机制是真空电弧。本文先概括了真空电弧的现象,然后描述了一个放电损伤的热电模型,说明了造成损伤的材料量、能量、功率、时间范围和能量来源。根据这个模型,提出了对抗真空电弧可能采取的各种技术措施。Abstract: The main failure mechanism of field emitter arrays (FEAs) is Vacuum Arc(VA). This paper summarized phenomena of VA, then suggested a thermal-electric model to describe VA damage. This model specifies the amount of material, energy, power and time involved in VA and the energy sources leading to VA. According to this model, some measures are proposed to minimize the initiating and damage of VA.
