凝胶——溶胶法制备针状和纺锤状α-Fe2O3

PREPARATION OF ACICULAR AND SPINDLE α-Fe2O3 BY GEL-SOLMETHOD

  • 摘要: 采用凝胶-溶胶法由Fe(OH)3凝胶在微量有机络合剂存在下制备出了特殊形状的α-Fe2O3粒子，如针状、纺锤状和椭球状。研究了不同晶体成长剂对Fe(OH)3转化为α-Fe2O3的相转化过程。

     

    Abstract: Special shaped α-Fe2O3 particles, e.g. acicular, spindle, and ellipsoidal shaped were prepared by gel-sol method from condensed Fe(OH)3 in the presence of organic chelating agent. Influence of different modifiers and their concentration on morphology of α-Fe2O3 particles was studied. The effect of modifiers on the phase transformation from Fe(OH)3 to α-Fe2O3 was also discussed.
