磁场下Sm0.88Dy0.12Fe2合金的晶格畸变研究

THE STUDY OF LATTICE DISTORTION OF Sm0.88Dy0.12Fe2 ALLOY UNDER LOW MAGNETIC FIELD

  • 摘要: 本文研究外加磁场情况下,Sm0.88Dy0.12Fe2合金的微观结构,确定了低磁场(2.5KOe~3.0KOe)下,该合金中(Sm,Dy)Fe2相由立方晶转变为正方晶系,原子发生了位移,初步分析了微观晶格畸变与宏观磁致伸缩应变的关系。

     

    Abstract: This paper investigated the changes of microstructure of Sm0.88Dy0.12Fe2 alloy under external magnetic field. The types of lattice distortion in this alloy under low magnetic field (2.5~3.0KOe) were determined by x-ray diffraction, and the relation between lattice distortion and magnetostriction strain was analysed.
