Abstract: In order to prepare the homebred injection molding permanent magnet NdFeB material withhigh properties-price ratio, the effect of binder on the properties of injection molding magnets and its mechanism microcosmicly were investigated. The injection molding bonded magnets were prepared byusing the in-digenous melt-spun NdFeB powder and nylon-6. The magnetic properties are: B_r=0.5158T,H_cb=321kA/m,H_cj=730kA/m and （BH）_m=40kJ/m³.
