片状纳米晶微粉的制备及微波吸收特性

Fabrication and microwave absorbing abilities of nanoflakes

  • 摘要: 以成分为Fe65Co18Ni7Si1B9的铁基快淬非晶带为原料,采用高能球磨改性处理工艺,制备了薄片状纳米晶材料,进行了XRD、DSC和SEM的观测与分析,并在2~18GHz频带内测试了试样的电磁参数,在2GHz附近标样的复磁导率可达μ'=3.95,μ″=3.27,表明该材料有可能作为优质微波吸收材料。

     

    Abstract: The starting materials were amorphous melt spun Fe65Co18Ni7Si1B9 ribbons. Nanoflakes were prepared by high energy ball milling. XRD, DSC and SEM analysis was done and electromagnetic properties in the microwave band(2~18GHz)were also measured. Results show that complex permeability of the samples has been improved greatly, where μ’ is 3.95, μ″ is 3.27 at 2GHz. It means that the novel materials used in the design of wide-band absorbers.
