玻璃表面仿细胞膜磷酰胆碱基团改性的新途径

New Approaches for Surface Modification of Cover Glass by Grafting Cell membrane Mimetic Phosphorylcholine Groups

  • 摘要: 研究了利用二氯磷酰胆碱(PC-2Cl)以及十八烷基二甲基氯硅烷(C18)和1,6-己二异氰酸酯(HDI),将仿细胞膜磷酰胆碱(PC)基团化学接枝到盖玻片表面的三条新途径,(Ⅰ)PC-2Cl直接与玻璃表面硅羟基反应,(Ⅱ)HDI先与玻璃表面硅羟基反应、水解产生的端氨基再与PC-2Cl反应进行PC接枝,(Ⅲ)C18与玻璃表面硅羟基反应后再进行II的处理步骤。通过测定改性表面的动态接触角(DCA)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对改性效果进行评价。结果表明,三条途径均成功地实现了PC基团在盖玻片表面接枝改性,其中接枝HDI后再与二氯磷酰胆碱反应的途径PC接枝率较高。

     

    Abstract: Cell membrane mimetic phosphorylcholine(PC) groups were grafted onto cover glass surfaces via three new routes using phosphorylcholine dichloride(PC-2Cl),chlorodimethyl-n-octadecylsilane(C18) and 1,6-diisocyanatohexane(HDI) as the reagents.Route Ⅰ,the surface-silanol group of the glass was reacted directly with PC-2Cl.Route Ⅱ,the surface-silanol group was reacted with HDI,and then the resulted end-amine group after hydrolysis was reacted with PC-2Cl..Route Ⅲ,C 18 was grafted grafted first,and then followed with the procedures of route Ⅱ.The effects of surface modification were evaluated through the measurements of dynamic contact angle(DCA) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results indicated that,the three routes in this paper could graft PC groups onto the surfaces of cover glasses successfully,while route Ⅱ or Ⅲ could obtain higher PC coverage on the surface and tunable hydrophilicity.
