Rapid crystallization and magnetic properties of melt-spun Nd8Fe86B6 amorphous ribbons

  • 摘要: 利用高频感应加热,对熔体快淬Nd8Fe86B6非晶薄带进行了快速晶化。结果表明,快速加热可使非晶带迅速晶化,从而得到高性能的纳米双相Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe永磁体。加热速度对薄带的磁性能影响较大。不同的加热速度下,合适的加热时间可以得到较高磁学性能。最佳工艺所得Nd8Fe86B6薄带磁性能可达(BH)max=105.55kJ/m3,Br=0.93T,Hci=258.26kA/m。

     

    Abstract: Rapid crystallization of melt-spun Nd8Fe86B6 amorphous ribbons was carried out by high frequency induction heating. The result shows that amorphous ribbons are rapidly crystallized by rapid heating and nanocomposite Nd2Fe14B/α-Fe magnets are obtained. The magnetic properties of crystal- lized ribbons are strongly affected by the heating velocities. In order to obtain higher performance,pro- per heating velocities should cooperate with heating time. Melt-spun Nd8Fe86B6 ribbons prepared by the optimal annealing process can obtain better magnetic properties as follows,(BHmax=105.55kJ/m3, Br=0.93T, Hci=258.26kA/m.
